1. Open Settings, and click/tap on the Accounts icon.
2. Click/tap on Sign-in options on the left side, and turn On (default) or Off Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update or restart for what you want under Privacy on the right side. (see screenshot below)
3. When finished, you can close Settings if you like.
